Coronavirus can only attack bodies with a weak immune system. Here are the most important things for you to do to protect yourself from infection.

1. Do not be scared. Fear depletes your immune system, the more you are fearful about something, the more you are powering it. Fearful energy feeds the stress response and weakens the immune system.

2. Do not spread bad news. The more you spread bad news, the more bad news will be generated by your actions. Energy goes to whatever you focus on.

3. Practise Qi Gong daily to boost your immune system.
